Alongside the healthy stock of fresh produce for your weekly shop, we also play host to a vibrant mix of street food with origins from across the world, craft traders, a pop up pub, live music and seating for over 150 people.

• Each business may book only one trial per market.

• Traders must complete payment before their application is reviewed. Successful applicants will proceed, while unsuccessful applicants will receive a full refund.

Pitch Application Process

Step 1: Review Carefully the Documents (Trader Pack & Terms and Conditions)

Step 2: Choose Your Date and Make the Payment

Step 3: Check Your Email for Order Confirmation & Complete Required Forms

• After payment, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.

• IMPORTANT: Fill out both required forms linked in the email to continue your application.

• If you do not submit the forms, your application will not be processed.

• PLEASE NOTE: Payments are non-refundable if the forms are not completed.

Step 4. Application Review & Confirmation

• Once we receive your completed forms, we will begin reviewing your application.

• If successful, we will contact you to confirm your trial date.

• If unsuccessful, we will issue a full refund.
